The day will start at 7am at Milford Haven. On your arrival, you will be met by Cookie as well as the expert guide and captain of the boat.
After around 90 minutes of leaving the harbour and the beautiful coastline, we will lose sight of the land, but there is still plenty to see within the two and half hours it takes us to reach the area of interest. Common and Bottlenose dolphins and a multitude of seabirds like Gannets, Razorbills and Puffins are all potential spots. There is even a chance of seeing Minke and Fin Whales out here! Rare wildlife sightings would include Basking Shark, Sunfish and even Orca.
Once we have set up the boat’s drift and lowered the scent bags into the water, we sit and wait. The main aim is to attract Blue sharks to the boat but anything could turn up...
Porbeagle/Thresher/Mako sharks all inhabit these waters
The marine environment and your safety is the most important thing so our expert guide will take this time to provide a safety brief before sharks appear and you enter the water.
Then, we swim with sharks! have a great time and get back to Milford Haven for roughly 7pm.
